BABYLON, NY — After rainouts, Saturday's looking good for the annual tree lighting event in the village, and there are holiday things to do beforehand as well.

It is now scheduled for 4 p.m. at Argyle Lake, with a bonfire, hot cocoa, an Argyle Theater performance and a special guest.

If you'd rather be inside, the Village of Babylon Historical & Preservation Society will host its annual Wassail Bowl and art exhibit at the Babylon Village Museum, 117 W. Main St. from 4-6 p.m.
