Just Salad Opens In Hauppauge

HAUPPAUGE, NY — Just Salad is set to celebrate the grand opening of its Hauppauge store at 410 Motor Parkway, Suite 130, on Thursday, the fast-casual chain announced. The location had its soft opening on May 23.

Guests will be able to choose from more than 15 chef-designed salads, wraps, warm bowls, soups and smoothies when visiting the new store.

The Hauppauge store is Just Salad’s fifth Long Island restaurant, following Commack, Westbury, Oceanside and Huntington openings.

"We're excited about the opportunity to continue expanding our footprint across new local communities to serve more Long Island residents," Nicole Natoli, a spokeswoman for Just Salad, told Patch.

The Hauppauge community has been "largely supportive" of the new store so far, Natoli said.

Just Salad's mission is to make everyday health and sustainability possible.

"The brand serves cravable, accessible, plant-centric meals made with homemade dressings, prepped-daily produce, from-scratch recipes and fresh, flavorful ingredients," Natoli said.

Just Salad has a signature Reusable Bowl Program, where guests are invited to join the company’s effort to reduce waste by purchasing a bowl in store. Customers will receive a free salad topping with every reuse.

Every customer who orders in-store from noon to 2 p.m. and 5 to 7 p.m. June 13 and June 14, as well as all day June 15, will receive a discounted $5 meal, according to Just Salad.

Just Salad will offer $5 meals for Reusable Bowl customers who purchase meals in-store on June 17, as well. Just Salad will also offer $5 meals for community workers who purchase meals in-store on June 18.

The company was founded in 2006 and has over 80 locations across New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, Florida, Illinois, Pennsylvania and Massachusetts.
