AMITYVILLE, NY—Downtown Amityville Village has a new coffee shop in town: Anchor Coffee opened this month. The coffee and espresso spot took over the former deli at 215 Broadway, just south of the Long Island Rail Road station.

According to Anchor Coffee's Instagram account, the store has its own roasted coffee blend, nitro cold brew on tap, pastries and a selection of gourmet teas. The interior of the old deli now has a modern, tiled urban coffeehouse look.

Espresso drinks are also on the menu, including a timely pumpkin spice latte. There's a picnic table in front for outdoor sipping.
