Long Island Weather: Snow Possible During Monday Morning Commute

The temperature hit 52 degrees at Long Island MacArthur Airport Saturday, but don't be fooled, the official start of winter is just six days away and we may see a little taste winter weather come Monday morning.

Rain is expected to fall across Long Island pretty much all day Sunday. The precipitation may continue into Monday morning and as temperatures fall through the 30s, that could mean some snowflakes. No snow accumulation is expected, though, and any precipitation should end by mid-morning.

The work week looks dry until the next chance of rain arrives Thursday.
