Supervisor Romaine Honors Medford Volunteer Ambulance Company

Feb. 15, 2023

On February 11, Supervisor Ed Romaine attended Medford Volunteer Ambulance Company’s Annual Installation Dinner at Flowerfield in St. James. During the event, the Supervisor honored the company’s members for their service to the community. Certificates of Congratulations from the Town Board were presented to 2022 Members of the Year, members with Years of Service Milestones and outgoing officers. He also swore in 1st Assistant Chief, Jordan Barrios and 2nd Assistant Chief Justin Zimmerman. The Medford Volunteer Ambulance chiefs and members also honored Supervisor Romaine by naming him an Honorary Chief for his support of the company over the years and for making himself available when called upon for assistance with any issues.

Supervisor Romaine said, “I commend the members of the Medford Ambulance Company who give so much of their time to community service. We all owe them a large debt of gratitude for their dedication, training and hard work that helps to save countless lives every year. I am proud to be named an Honorary Chief and I thank the members for their recognition.”
