The first Long Island Tractor Supply Company store is coming soon.

New England Retail Properties, Inc. (NERP) announces the acquisition of 4.07 acres of commercial land on Route 112 in Medford, New York (Long Island) for the purpose of developing a small shopping center to be anchored by Tractor Supply Company (TSC) of Brentwood, TN. NERP, through an associated partnership, acquired the property from Branchbrook Corporation on December 14, 2017 via a 1031 Exchange of a property relinquished in Farmington, CT.

Mark D’Addabbo, President of NERP and Developer/Member of the LLC, and Matthew Darling, Vice President of NERP enlisted Eric Meyn and Aleksandar Kociski of Bohler Engineering to work together with the Town of Brookhaven toward the entitlements necessary for the development of the J-2 zoned property. The property is located between Granny and Horseblock Road, 1 mile north of Exit 64 on the Long Island Expressway. This 4.07 acre site will be home to a new 19,097 square foot Tractor Supply Company retail store along with an additional 3,600 square feet of retail space to be leased. This location will be the first Tractor Supply store on Long Island. Tractor Supply has over 1,700 stores in 49 states. TSC is focused on fulfilling the lifestyle needs of recreational farmers, ranchers, tradesmen and small businesses as well as those who enjoy the rural lifestyle. When shopping at Tractor Supply, customers can find everything from pet food for small animals and livestock to hardware, tools and clothes for outdoor work or recreation.
