Woman Seriously Hurt In Medford Crash

MEDFORD, NY — A 39-year-old woman was seriously injured in a single-car crash in Medford early Monday.

According to Suffolk police, the woman was driving a 2019 Honda Civic eastbound on Horseblock Road when the vehicle veered off the roadway and struck a tree in front of 2975 Horseblock Road at about 1:40 a.m.

The woman, whose name is being withheld pending notification of next of kin, was transported to Stony Brook University Hospital in serious condition.
