EAST PATCHOGUE, NY - A waterfront East Patchogue mansion will be up for auction by the New York City-based real estate auction house, Paramount Realty USA.

The 7,901-square-foot, custom built home was originally listed for $7.9 million but on October 24, will be offered in a sealed bid auction at a minimum bid of $3,199,000.

The home, which was built in 2009, overlooks Patchogue Bay and Fire Island. The mansion sits on a 9.25-acre gated property and is surrounded by 70 acres of preserved land.

The home sits just one mile from the Bellport County Club in the Village of Bellport and just four miles from the Village of Patchogue’s Main Street and LIRR train station.
