Rhys is our longest term resident doggy and has been at the SPCA for more than a year and half.
This sweet, young guy has the kindness of an old soul and the playfulness of a puppy. He loves other dogs and every toy you give him! Tennis ball chasing is his favorite game, but we all know that Rhys is the real "catch"!
