NEW YORK CITY - An off-duty NYPD traffic agent was charged Tuesday evening in Queens following a dispute with a neighbor, authorities said.

Nikita Noble, 34, was charged with reckless endangerment following the argument, a police source told Patch, though it wasn’t clear how the dispute was escalated to necessitate police intervention.

The 100th Precinct serves southern Queens on the Rockaway Peninsula, including Arverne, Belle Harbor, Breezy Point, Broad Channel and Neponsit.
