Food Festival, Virtual Run for Marathon

Bellone invites residents to join Sept. 13 Suffolk race to raise funds for veterans causes.

Suffolk County Executive Steve Bellone invites residents to join in the festivities at the Suffolk Marathon and Half Marathon to Support Our Veterans on Sept. 13.

“This race will support services for Suffolk veterans,” the County Executive said. “We offer numerous ways for people to participate, by running the full or half marathon, enjoying the wines and foods from Long Island farms and vineyards, or by running a virtual run if they can’t make it to the South Shore that day.”
