Little Flower Wins "Fun Office of the Week"

Little Flower Children and Family Services of New York Selected as Big 98.1's "Fun Office of the Week"

Little Flower Children and Family Services of New York (Little Flower), a 93-year-old human services organization serving children, youth, individuals with developmental disabilities, and families across New York and Long Island, has recently been selected as the “Fun Office of the Week” by Big Hits 98.1.

On the morning of March 17, ‘The Wiseman’, Big Hits 98.1’s morning DJ, paid a visit to Little Flower’s Wading River campus to congratulate the team and to distribute donuts and coffee from Glenn Wayne Bakery in Bohemia.

Carol Alvarado, Administrative Assistant in the Medical Department on Little Flower’s Wading River campus, submitted her team to the radio contest. “Our team is incredibly dedicated to the important work we do here at Little Flower,” said Alvarado. “We’re thrilled to be selected as the recipient of Big Hits 98.1’s gift of generosity and to have our team recognized for the impactful strides that we have and will continue to make for children, youth, individuals with developmental disabilities, and families across New York and Long Island.”
