Riverhead High School Athlete Competes in State Championship
For the second year in a row, the student came in third place at the championship.

Riverhead High School student Jacob Robinson competed at the NY State Track Championship at Cornell University earlier this month.
For the second year in a row, Robinson made it to the awards podium, where he stood with two third-place medals (one for the State Public Schools meet and one for the Federation meet) around his neck.

In the past two years, he has earned four state medals.
Robinson ran with the Section XI relay team that placed 3rd in the State Large School and in the Federation meets, running a time of 9:01.

Robinson plans to attend LaSalle University in Philadelphia.
