  1. Lake Grove man charged with possession of firearm in Lake Ronkonkoma. Fourth Precinct Patrol officers responded to Raynor Park on Ronkonkoma Avenue, after a 911 caller reported "a man with a gun running around the lake" at 4:20 p.m., police said. Officers searched the area and found a man fitting the description of the suspect in front of a location on Lake Terrace Road around 4:24 p.m., according to police. The suspect, Kyle Cronin, 20, had a .32-caliber revolver and was taken into custody, police said. (Sachem Patch)
