Team Carillo Honored With Top Real Estate Industry Award

Laura Rittenberg, president of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage on Long Island and Queens, was honored to present Gail Carillo, a real estate broker associate affiliated with the Ronkonkoma Regional office, with several top Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage awards. Carillo and the Carillo Team were named the No. 1 team for houses sold on Long Island and Queens in 2014.

Carillo and the Team accepted the award during the Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage Agent Appreciation and Recognition event held at the Crest Hollow Country Club.

More than 400 sales associates, managers and industry leaders attended the event. “Gail and her team have a long history of exceptional customer service and a strong business based on positive referrals from past clients,” said Rittenberg. “We are incredibly proud of her and Team Carillo’s many accomplishments.”

Team Carillo 2014 was comprised of Carillo, Staci Basuino, Christine Olsen, Bernadette Rodriguez, and Michael Calvagna, and the Team is proud to announce the addition of two new members, Gregory Rodriguez and Annette O’Brien.

In addition to the team awards, Carillo was also named the Companywide Top Title Associate, as well as the Companywide Top Home Loans Associate.

Carillo began her career in real estate in 1999 as a graduate of the American Real Estate School. In her first year as an associate, she was named Rookie of the Year. An associate real estate broker, Carillo is a certified Relocation Specialist and a consistent top producer for 16 years; in 2013, she was named a member of Coldwell Banker’s International President’s Elite designation. In 2011, Carillo was honored with the company’s Spirit Award, which recognizes her enthusiasm for and true embodiment of the company’s culture.

Deeply involved in her community, Carillo is a former president and board member of the Mothers Center of the South Shore in Sayville, former Hotline Operator and community educator at Response of Suffolk County – Crisis Intervention and Suicide Prevention in Stony Brook, and PTA member. She resides in Holbrook with her two sons, Sage and Blake.
