End the inhumane practice of Pheasant Hunting in NY - sign the petition!
First they drop them off in cages. Then they release them and shoot them. Those are probably the luckier ones. The survivors (at least 95%) die slow deaths or are hit by cars or killed in bloody attacks by predators. LET'S END THESE LEGAL HUNTS - Humane Long Island's founder John di Leonardo has taken this fight to Albany! PLEASE SIGN THE PETITION below. Time is of the essence! It is not a given that Gov. Hochul will sign. She vetoed a bill to ban hunting right next to an animal sanctuary in Hampton Bays. Her veto shocked so many people who thought that was a guarantee. So, we truly need to get the word out asap~ share the petiton.
