Rain Ahead For Lake Norman: When You’ll Need An Umbrella

HUNTERSVILLE, NC — Daylight saving time has begun and Huntersville, Cornelius and Davidson will enjoy springlike temperatures — and rain — this week, according to the National Weather Service.

The chance of rain moves into the region Tuesday morning, and will stay in the forecast every day this week through Sunday, according to NWS.

Temperatures will remain in the high 60s and low 70s every day, as well, peaking Friday at an anticipated 72.

Mostly sunny, with a high near 66. Southwest wind 6 to 13 mph, with gusts as high as 18 mph.

Mostly cloudy, with a low around 54. South wind 5 to 7 mph.

A chance of rain between 9am and noon, then a chance of showers after noon. Cloudy, with a high near 65. South southwest wind 7 to 13 mph, with gusts as high as 20 mph. Chance of precipitation is 40%.
