Chick-fil-A Announces New Huber Heights Restaurant

The location at 8120 Troy Pike will open Aug. 18 and bring more than 100 jobs to the community.

A new Chick-fil-A® restaurant is slated to open for business in Huber Heights on Wednesday, Aug. 18. Chick-fil-A, Inc. has selected Kevin Weaver as the independent franchised Owner/Operator of Chick-fil-A Huber Heights. Weaver will be responsible for all day-to-day activities of the business, including employing approximately 125 full- and part-time Team Members, cultivating relationships with local organizations and neighboring businesses, and serving guests. Chick-fil-A Huber Heights is located at 8120 Troy Pike, off the Dwight D. Eisenhower Highway, and will be open from 6:30 a.m. to 10 p.m., Monday through Saturday.

Chick-fil-A remains committed to serving guests safely. Chick-fil-A Huber Heights will open for limited dine-in, carry-out and drive-thru service, with third-party delivery available shortly after the opening. Guests can take advantage of contactless ordering and payment through the free Chick-fil-A® App or through online ordering. In place of the traditional Chick-fil-A First 100® Grand Opening celebration, Chick-fil-A Huber Heights will be surprising 100 local heroes making an impact in Huber Heights with free Chick-fil-A for a year. Additionally, in honor of the new restaurant opening, Chick-fil-A will donate $25,000 to Feeding America. The funds will be distributed to partners within the greater Dayton area to aid in the fight against hunger.

Locally Owned and Operated

Chick-fil-A Huber Heights is locally owned and operated by Kevin Weaver. Originally from Indiana, Weaver has now called the Dayton community home for more than a decade. A nearly 30-year restaurant industry veteran, Weaver began his career with Chick-fil-A as a restaurant Team Member at Chick-fil-A Pooler while he lived in Georgia. Throughout his time with Chick-fil-A, Weaver has served in several roles, including General Manager, Interim Manager and Grand Opening Supervisor, helping to open Chick-fil-A restaurants across the country. As a result of his hard work and dedication, Weaver achieved his ultimate goal in 2008, and was selected as the Operator of Chick-fil-A Benchwood in Dayton, Ohio. Now, Weaver and his family look forward to bringing this new restaurant to Huber Heights while continuing to serve the Dayton community at Chick-fil-A Benchwood.
