Allow me to outline:

1 Week From Monday (September 20th), we are hosting an event at ParFormance. We already have over 20 attendees and we have a few spots left. Its slated for 6pm. Allow me to clarify the details of this event. It is being presented by our Young Professionals Group,

BUT we invite people of all age groups to participate. At its core, this event is a Meet and Mingle. It’s a chance to have some food and drinks, network, pass out business cards in a unique venue. As a bonus, the facility has Indoor golf simulators. If you like to golf or just want to practice a swing, we encourage you to add on that option.

Two days after that event, we have a Special Luncheon featuring 2 of our county commissioners (Val Arkoosh and Ken

Lawrence). It is being hosted at the DoubleTree Hotel in Plymouth Meeting (Right next to the Mall). The date is September 22nd from 12pm – 2pm. This is something we have done with the Commissioners each year for the last 7-8 years. It is being sponsored by our friends at AARP and Aqua PA. Besides it is being another opportunity to network, we feel this is one of our most important events of the year. It’s your opportunity to ask questions about anything on your mind (taxes, vaccines, funding, capital projects and of course business vitalization). Most importantly, they will share how they advocate for our local businesses. We have prices for members and non-members

On September 30th at 9am, we have our monthly Business Builders Meeting. This is our Bread and Butter networking event. Notice that this month it will be at 9am. It will be hosted by our friends at Merrill Lynch and Bank of America. It’s free to Members and a nominal fee for Non-Members. It includes a light breakfast, networking and an informal conversation on insurances and investments.

Lastly, we proudly announce the plans for ChamberFest 2021. Many of you were there in its inaugural iteration of 2019. It was a fun night that includes cocktails, networking and a sit-down dinner. We will have a Special Guest Speaker and you will also have the opportunity to hear the State of The Chamber Address. We are expecting a nice crowd. This will also be at the DoubleTree in Plymouth Meeting on October 19th at 6pm. Formal invitations are now in the mail.

As always, I, along with the staff are here to answer questions and take ideas. We want you to know that we warmly welcome invitations to come to your office, make introductions, and develop programs that you feel may enhance the business vitality of the community.

Lets Kick Things Off Together!
