HAVERFORD TOWNSHIP, PA — Police in Haverford Township issued their latest crime blotter Thursday.

Incidents in the blotter occurred between June 26 and July 9.

The blotter also includes arrests made and citations issued.

  • Fraud at the 400 block of Achille Road on June 26 at 9:07 a.m. – Victim reported that several unauthorized purchases were made through a Facebook payment system that used her bank account.
  • Criminal Mischief at Woodcroft and Darby Roads on June 27 at 9:46 p.m. – A group of juveniles were throwing coffee creamer at passing vehicles.
  • Theft at the 200 block of Signal Road on June 27 at 8:10 a.m. – Unlocked vehicle was entered – a power drill and two wallets containing credit cards and $20 was stolen.
  • Theft at Waterford Apartments, 1900 block of Lawrence Road, on June 27 at 6:47 p.m. – Victim reported that his computer was stolen from his apartment.
  • heft at Kohl’s, 200 block of West Chester Pike, on June 27 at 4:18 p.m. – Vehicle was entered – laptop was stolen.
  • Criminal Mischief at Hollow Run Apartments, 1900 block of West Chester Pike, on June 28 at 8:57 a.m. – Victim reported that two of her vehicle tires were damaged in a 24-hour period.
  • Identity Theft at the 100 block of Whitemarsh Road on June 28 at 12:56 p.m. – Victim reported that someone opened an account without his permission or knowledge.
  • Retail Theft at Wawa, 1000 block of Darby Road, on June 29 at 6:12 p.m. – An unknown male stole a bag of potato chips.
  • Retail Theft at Acme, 600 block of W. Lancaster Avenue, on June 30 at 9:52 a.m. – An unknown male and female stole soap.
  • Theft at the 400 block of Hastings Avenue on July 1 at 2:49 p.m. – Victim reported that two unknown males approached her husband and stated that they just started and asphalt company and would like to do their driveway for a good price. The victim paid the men $3,500.00 and they stated they would return to do the work. They failed to return and the phone number they provided was disconnected.
  • Criminal Mischief at the 1700 block of Hawthorne Avenue on July 2 at 8:10 a.m. – Front glass storm door was shattered.
  • Fraud at the 2500 block of Haverford Road on July 2 at 1:46 p.m. – A check was altered and cashed after it was mailed.
  • Theft at Bryn Mawr Extended Care, 900 block of Railroad Avenue, on July 2 at 4:58 p.m. – Victim reported $106.00 was stolen from his nightstand.
  • Criminal Trespass at the 1600 block of Rose Glen Road on July 3 at 9:20 a.m. – 57-year-old male, 1600 block of Rose Glen Road was cited for defiant trespass.
  • Public Drunkenness at the 100 block of Sycamore Road on July 4 at 10:17 p.m.– 18-year- old male, unit block of Columbus Avenue was cited for public drunkenness, disorderly conduct and underage drinking.
  • Retail Theft at Giant, 100 block of W. Township Line Road, on July 4 at 8:53 a.m. – An unknown male stole $261.54 worth of groceries.
  • Theft at the 500 block of Wales Road on July 5 at 3:48 p.m. – Catalytic converter was stolen from vehicle.
  • Theft at Kohl’s, 200 block of West Chester Pike, on July 6 at 5:03 p.m. – Cell phone was stolen.
  • Identity Theft at the 100 block of Harding Avenue on July 8 at 12:48 p.m. – Victim reported that someone attempted to open two credit card accounts using his identity.
  • Theft at the 100 block of Treaty Road on July 8 at 6:45 a.m. – Unlocked vehicle was entered – the overhead panel was ripped down and the forward collision camera had been taken.
  • Theft at the 200 block of Lexington Avenue on July 8 at 11:30 a.m. – Victim reported that an unknown subject hacked into his savings account and withdrew $18,950.00.
  • Theft at the YMCA, 800 block of N. Eagle Road, on July 8 at 4:32 p.m. – An employee reported that a package was stolen after it was delivered.
  • Criminal Mischief at the 300 block of Hathaway Lane on July 9 at 12:53 p.m. – Birdbath was damaged.
  • Retail Theft at Wawa, 1000 block of Darby Road, on July 9 at 10:20 p.m. – Four unknown males stole multiple food and drink items and fled.

Arrests

  • 27-year-old male, 2600 block of Southampton Road, Philadelphia. Charges: Retail theft, possession of a controlled substance, marijuana and drug paraphernalia. Location: Kohl’s, 200 block of West Chester Pike. Date: June 26 at 3:47 p.m
  • 21-year-old female, 800 block of Eldridge Road, Fairless Hills. Charges: Retail theft, possession of drug paraphernalia and false identification to law enforcement. Location: Kohl’s, 200 block of West Chester Pike. Date: June 28 at 5:35 p.m.
  • 26-year-old male, 3900 block of Worrilow Road, Brookhaven. Charges: DUI, Fleeing from police, careless driving, reckless driving and red light violation. Location: West Chester Pike and Old West Chester Pike. Date: July 4 at 1:59 a.m.
