Vote Now: Spring-Ford Vs. North Penn Could Be Televised As 'Game of the Week'

LANSDALE, PA -- PIAA playoffs begin Friday night as North Penn takes on Spring-Ford.

And as if that wasn't exciting enough, the game between the two Montgomery County powerhouses is competing to be featured as CBS3's "Football Frenzy" game of the week, which means it could be televised.

As of Monday morning, North Penn vs. Spring-Ford was in second place out of three contestants with 36.84 percent of the vote. La Salle vs. St. Joseph's Prep led the contest with 62.79 percent of the vote. Springfield vs. Great Valley had less than one percent.

Voting will continue through Thursday, when the winning teams will be featured on 965 AMP Radio.

The game is at 7 p.m. on Friday at North Penn High School’s Crawford Stadium.

Tickets will be on sale this week while supplies last in the Athletic Office. Hours are 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. through Thursday, and 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. Friday. All tickets are $5.
