BRISTOL TOWNSHIP, PA —The Bristol Township Police Department said a missing 77-year-old endangered woman who suffers from Alzheimer's Disease has been found.

Bristol Township Police said Zolia Palencia was found in an area hospital.

Details are still being sorted but her identification by staff is very likely the direct result of a media posting, police said.

She had wandered away from her home in the Red Cedar section of Levittown on Saturday morning.

Police said Palencia is of Hispanic descent and speaks limited English.

Bristol Township Police said anyone who sees her should call 911 immediately.
