Oxford Valley Mall Luxury Apartments Now Open

The first phase of the luxury apartments known as Atlee Square is now housing residents in Middletown Township.

MIDDLETOWN TOWNSHIP, PA —You can now live right next to the Oxford Valley Mall.

The luxury apartment complex known as Atlee Square is now filling space in its first phase near the JC Penney store.

Atlee Square opened its apartments last week on space formerly occupied by Boscov's, which was demolished to make room for the apartment project.

Prices begin at $1,980 per month with the highest-end unit priced at $3,305 a month. The building holds 391 units, with nine different layouts for each apartment. Click here for more details.

The four-story luxury apartment complex near Route 1 and Woodbourne Road.boasts its location as being "just a hop and a skip to countless gastronomic opportunities."

Atlee Square is near local breweries, diverse restaurants, historic inns and wineries, and high-end supermarkets, its website states.

Its amenities include generous green space including two expansive courtyards with multiple opportunities for enjoyment and relaxation.

Plans for the project were first approved by the Middletown Township supervisors in 2020.

Officials hope the project will provide the mall —built in 1973 as one of the largest in the country —with a retail revenue boost.

Under the project's second phase, 223 apartments would be built. Construction is expected to be completed by January 2025.
