ROLE &amp; RESPONSIBILITIES
The Team members are responsible for daily operations of your store. The duties will generally include:
<ul><li>greeting guests entering your store</li><li>making bowls for each guest</li><li>delivering a top-notch acai bowl experience</li><li>answering phone calls and questions about the business</li><li>stocking inventory and supplies</li><li>maintaining store cleanliness</li><li>telling first-time guests about Nautical Bowls</li><li>prepping product for each day&rsquo;s service</li><li>opening and closing your store</li><li>ALWAYS putting others first</li><li>maintaining and setting the standards for the Nautical Bowls uplifting and fun culture</li><li>setting an outstanding example of leadership to your team of Deck Hands</li><li>holding Deck Hands responsible for their duties</li><li>full responsibility of store operations and guest engagement</li><li>representing and living the healthy and active lifestyle we passionately promote</li></ul>
Job Types: Part-time, Full-time, Temporary, Internship
Salary: $10.00 - $16.00 per hour
Experience level:

<ul><li>4-8 hours shift</li><li>Day shift</li><li>Evening shift</li><li>Morning shift</li></ul>

Weekly day range:

Ability to commute/relocate:

<ul><li>Bridgeville, PA 15017: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)</li></ul>

Education:
