Emergency Pipe Repairs To Close Portion Of Route 32 In Upper Makefield

UPPER MAKEFIELD, PA — An emergency pipe replacement project is scheduled on Route 32 (River Road) in Upper Makefield and Lower Makefield townships.

Route 32 (River Road) will be closed between Mount Eyre and Woodside roads on Thursday, September 14, and Friday, September 15, from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. During the closure, motorists are directed to use Mount Eyre Road, Taylorsville Road, and Woodside Road.

Local access will be maintained. Motorists are advised to allow extra time when traveling near the work area because backups and delays will occur. All scheduled activities are weather-dependent.
