Guru's Fine Indian Cuisine In Newtown Releases New Menu
The popular Newtown eatery reopened on Friday as a vegan and vegetarian-only take-out restaurant.
NEWTOWN TOWNSHIP, PA — Guru's Fine Indian Cuisine has published its new all-vegan and vegetarian menu. The menu items will be available for takeout service only.
While the dining room remains closed, the restaurant's bar will be open during regular hours offering drinks (see menu), appetizers, and a place to wait for take-out orders.
"We will be highlighting dishes every week," wrote the owners on Facebook. "This week we will be starting with Bhindi Masala, which was taken off the menu a while back. We will also have Paneer Malai Kabab as an appetizer. Paneer is marinated with fresh cream and cooked in a clay oven (Tandoor).
