Road Work Scheduled On Route 413 Between Newtown And Langhorne

Motorists can expect nightly delays starting June 9 and continuing through early August.

MIDDLETOWN TOWNSHIP, PA — Overnight road milling and resurfacing operations are scheduled to begin on Sunday, June 9 on Route 413 between the Newtown Bypass and Gilliam Avenue in Langhorne Borough.

Motorists can expect lane closures and delays between 7 p.m. and 5 a.m. from Sunday to Friday through early August.

Motorists are advised to allow extra time when traveling through the work areas because slowdowns will occur. All scheduled activities are weather-dependent.

Under these resurfacing and improvement projects, PennDOT’s contractors are repairing, milling, and repaving state highways with new asphalt pavement that will seal roadways and provide motorists with a safer and smoother riding surface.
