Chester County health inspectors found a few violations in restaurants in Paoli.

PAOLI, PA —Health inspectors visited establishments in Paoli during the first three weeks of January.

Inspectors found some establishments in violation of health codes set by the Pennsylvania Department of Agriculture.

  • Bravo Pizza: 82 E. Lancaster Ave., two violations, dough trays are cracked, food facility does not employ a certified employee restaurant employee.
  • 7-Eleven: 1818 Lancaster Ave., three violations, fire extinguisher tags outdated, a step along server area missing, storage room needs to be moved back.
  • Home Cooked, 1 Paoli Plaza, no violations.
  • Wendy's, 220 Lancaster Ave., one violation, replaced stained, damaged ceiling tiles.
  • Cafe Pom, 19 Paoli Plaza, five violations, sewer pipe in the lower level kitchen, need a barrier between kitchen and food prep area, fire extinguisher tag dated 2019, chipped white pain in corner of the freezer, does not have a certified food employee.
  • Paoli United Methodist Church,80 Devon Road, no violations
  • St. Norbert School, 6 Greenlawn Road, one violation, raw eggs stored in the refrigerator.
  • Brock and Company Friends School, 19 E Central Ave., no violations.
  • Cup of Dreams Coffee and Tea, 5 Paoli Plaze, no violations.
  • Trattoria San Nicola, 4 Manor Road, two violations, the ice machine needs to be sanitized, meat colander and spoon in the cooking area.
  • Waynesborough Country Club, 440 Darby-Paoli Road, seven violations, squeeze bottles of sauce unlabeled, temperature of ready-to-eat food is not being marked up. carton of milk in the cooler area, the pool snack bar is dirty, soap is not available in the handwash sink, no certified food manager, but put in a request for one.
