Kid's Bike Safety Rodeo Set For May 19 At Tredyffrin Police Dept

The annual event will teach your kids how to bike safely, fit their helmets properly, hand out giveaways, and even replace old helmets.

BERWYN, PA – Police in Tredyffrin Township are planning to host their annual Kid's Bike Safety Rodeo May 19.

Kids 3 to 13 years old are invited to stop by the Tredyffrin Police Department in Berwyn for the free, annual event from 10 a.m. to noon, Saturday, May 19.

Parents can bring their child’s bike and helmet for a proper fitting demonstration, and watch as they learn how to safety operate their bike and earn their very own bike driver’s license.

Free helmets will be available for those who need replacement helmets while supplies last.

The day will also feature giveaway prizes.

The event is sponsored by Safe Kids Chester County, Trek, Main Line Health - Paoli Hospital, Chester County Health Department, and Tredyffrin Police.

In the event of inclement weather the event will be held in the back of 1400 Morris Drive.

The Tredyffrin Police Department is located at 1100 DuPortail Road, Berwyn.
