John Halligan experienced a parent's worst nightmare when his son committed suicide after being bullied. He wants to help you prevent that.
WAYNE, PA – A parent who went through the worst experience possible is coming to Wayne in an effort to help others avoid the tragedy he faced.
From 7 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. on Tuesday, Nov. 27, at Valley Forge Middle School John Halligan will lead his presentation "If I Could Have A Do-Over" that aims to address bullying and teen depression.
Halligan’s son, Ryan, died by suicide on Oct. 7, after being bullied by classmates at school and online at just 13 years old.

Halligan’s presentation will cover the lessons learned too late for his family regarding how to deal with bullying, cyberbullying, and teen depression.
Parents will be empowered with strategies to take preventive actions with their own children through Halligan's presentation.

The presentation will be held in the middle school's auditorium.
