TREDYFFRIN-EASTTOWN, PA — Due to several factors, the Tredyffrin Easttown School District is looking to potentially expand its footprint.

According to the district, Agreement of Sale has been entered for the property at 1200 West Swedesford Road.

The District is currently within the 60-day due diligence period of the agreement.

During this time, TESD will thoroughly inspect and investigate the property to determine whether it is suitable for an elementary school.

Last month, two public presentations were made to provide the community with details on a prospective elementary school site as well as background information on enrollment, classroom utilization and drivers for full-day kindergarten.

Video recordings and presentation slides from the Jan. 2 and Jan. 17 presentations are available online here.
