Transportation Upgrades In Tredyffrin Virtual Meeting Set For Jan. 17

The public is invited to learn more about a project to replace an aging bridge carrying North Valley Road over train tracks.

TREDYFFRIN, PA — PennDOT invites the public to a virtual meeting to learn about the replacement of a bridge on North Valley Road and a roundabout on Route 30 in Tredyffrin Township.

The meeting begins at 7 p.m. Wednesday, Jan. 17. A link to the meeting is available here.

PennDOT’s design team will deliver a brief project presentation before answering questions from the public.

This project will also include intersection improvements at N. Valley Road and U.S. 30, N. Valley Road and Central Avenue, where a one-lane roundabout is planned, and U.S. 30 and Darby Road, where a four-way intersection is planned.

The project is phase 2 of the Paoli Intermodal Transportation Center Project.

Phase 1 construction included station improvements and ADA enhancements completed in 2019 by Amtrak and SEPTA.

In addition, an online recording and a copy of the materials will be available on the project webpage following the presentation. The public can also provide feedback using the online comment form.
