Wayne Business Expands By 2,500 Square Feet

WAYNE, PA — The Keystone Property Group has approved a lease expansion for a Wayne-based company.

Keystone Property Group, a leading real estate developer, manager and investor of mixed-use properties, announced that it has signed lease expansions with existing tenants at four of its mixed-use office buildings in the Philadelphia area.

Among those is Affiliated Distributors, Inc.

The company added expansion space of about 2,500 square feet to their existing 28,000-square foot space at Valley Forge Office Center, in order to accommodate a recent acquisition.

Affiliated Distributors, Inc. is a member-owned organization, that brings together independent distributors and supplier partners to stay ahead of the competition.

Valley Forge Office Center is made up of 480, 500, and 656-676 E. Swedesford Road in Wayne, just off King of Prussia’s main highways.

Its placement allows for easy access with its onsite SEPTA stop, and the Chester Valley Trail, which offers scenic views, is only steps away from the building.

The building features a lobby-level outdoor patio and full-service cafe; renovated lobbies and common areas; access to a new fitness center with locker rooms and showers at 656-676 E. Swedesford Road; and flexible floor plan layouts with extensive glass lines.

The expansions, totaling more than 21,000 square feet, occurred at 225 City Avenue in Bala Cynwyd.; VEVA 17 in Blue Bell; Rosetree 2 in Media; and Valley Forge Office Center in Wayne.

Many of the buildings have undergone significant renovations and value-add reinvestment campaigns to improve the tenant experience and overall appeal.
