Harbour Island Waterfront Home Sells for $1.295M

NARRAGANSETT, RI The property at 15 Narrows Road has been sold for more than a million dollars, according to Lila Delman Real Estate International. Sales Associate Stella Fitzsimmons represented the seller and Sue Coughlin, also a sales associate, represented the buyer. The home is sited on .2 acres with a deep water dock and panoramic water views. Measuring 2,519 square feet across three levels, the house has three bedrooms, three and one-half baths, two fireplaces and an attached two-car garage.

“This extraordinary property included a wharf/dock accommodating four boats, a boat house large enough for entertaining, a small private beach, and three levels of living perfect for multi-generational families,” Fitzsimmons said.

The price represents the highest single family home sale on Harbour Island since the June 30, 2016 sale of 224 Wood Hill Road, according to data from the Rhode Island Statewide Multiple Listing Service, the realtor said.
