NARRAGANSETT, RI—The demand for luxury property continues in Rhode Island as a oceanfront residence located at 75 Stanton Ave., in Narragansett sells for $2,700,000, marking the third highest sale in Narragansett year-to-date, according to data from the Rhode Island Statewide Multiple Listing Service.
