Hello everybody! I am sharing with you my pleasant experience with Isha yoga particularly with Upa Yoga. Upa yoga is a simple, quick, yet potent practice that incorporates basic yoga postures, simple mantras and attention all put together&nbsp;beautifully&nbsp;in a short routine. Id like to touch on the impact I feel with my&nbsp;spine. My entire neck and back feel much more lose and stable since I first began this yoga, to the point where&nbsp;I no longer need to lean back onto something to hold me up. Just sitting upright is natural now, I feel comfortable like this like that its not tense. Great thing is I no longer&nbsp;worry about kinks or strains, as someone who had a physically demanding job this made my work week so much easier. As far as energy levels are working I am very impressed with how much exuberance my body is feeling. Its exiting to watch my energy levels gradually build up, while having the ability to do more with less energy wasted. The spines flexibility is very essential to our mental wellness, and thanks to upa yoga any unnecessary clutter in my mind gets cleared&nbsp;and leaves me feeling free to be as I wish to be.
