ASHBURN, VA — A man inappropriately touched three women in Ashburn on Monday afternoon, the Loudoun County Sheriff's Office said.

Authorities did not say whether the women reported any injuries. The sheriff's office did not provide any information about the victims' ages, only describing them as "females."

Investigators identified the suspect as 20-year-old Ryan Cunningham. He is charged with three counts of sexual battery. Cunningham is being held without bond at the Loudoun County Adult Detention Center.
