LOUDOUN COUNTY, VA — A man led Loudoun deputies on a chase from Sterling to Leesburg on Friday, the county sheriff's office said in a report. The man crashed into multiple vehicles during the pursuit, according to authorities.

Authorities did not say whether any injuries were reported in the chase.

The Loudoun County Sheriff's Office identified the man as 23-year-old Rodkeem R. Ceasar Green of Leesburg. He is charged with driving while intoxicated, two counts of felony hit and run, one count of misdemeanor hit and run, driving without a license, and failing to stop for law enforcement.

Ceasar Green is being held without bond at the Loudoun County Adult Detention Center. Authorities noted that additional charges are pending.

Just before 5 p.m. on Friday, deputies in Sterling tried to stop a white 2012 Chevrolet Impala. They believed the driver was intoxicated, according to the police report.

"When deputies activated their emergency equipment for the traffic stop, the driver fled at a high rate of speed," the Loudoun County Sheriff's Office said. "Deputies initiated a pursuit, during which the driver struck multiple occupied vehicles and recklessly endangered the public."

The driver eventually stopped and entered an apartment on Fieldstone Drive in Leesburg. Deputies arrested him when he left the apartment a short time later, authorities said.

Deputies obtained a search warrant for the driver's vehicle and apartment. The sheriff's office said they found narcotics, firearms, and "items indicative of drug distribution."
