The Jameson Apartment Project Underway at Kincora In Dulles

DULLES, VA—Construction has begun on a $100 million, 333-unit complex at Kincora. Called "The Jameson," it joins condominiums being built by Lennar with the nearly complete Heronview Apartments. Developers envision residents walking to restaurants and other businesses, as well as the Children's Science Center and the National Museum of Intelligence and Special Operations.

The project is being spearheaded by TRITEC Real Estate Inc. The Jameson will include a rooftop deck, saltwater pool, lounge, fitness room, game room, catering kitchen, storage and a secure parking garage. A model is expected to open in early 2020.

Kincora is a 424-acre community on the west side of Route 28 south of Route 7.
