NoVA Affordable Housing Expo Coming To Loudoun

Loudoun County is hosting an expo where people can learn about affordable homeownership and rental opportunities across the region.

LOUDOUN COUNTY, VA — Loudoun County is hosting the 10th Annual Northern Virginia Housing Expo on Saturday, April 4 where people will get to learn about affordable homeownership and rental opportunities across the region. The expo will take place from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. at Dominion High School in Sterling.

The event will feature workshops, exhibits and free one-on-one credit counseling. Staff from the Loudoun County Office of Housing will participate in two panels to share information on Loudoun County programs for renters and homebuyers. The county is encouraging local employers whose workforce is in need of housing to attend the expo.

Loudoun County is partnering with First Home Alliance, the counties of Arlington and Prince William, the cities of Alexandria and Falls Church, and the Virginia Housing Development Authority to hold the event. Event sponsors also include the Dulles Area Association of Realtors, Northern Virginia Association of Realtors, Ameris Bank Mortgage and Burke & Herbert Bank.
