Man Filmed Woman Inside Walmart Bathroom In Manassas: Police

MANASSAS, VA — A man recorded a woman inside a Manassas Walmart on Wednesday, according to the Prince William County Police Department. Authorities are asking for the public's help identifying the man.

The police department said the victim was not injured during the encounter. Investigators said the man was a light-skinned Black person who is about 5 feet, 6 inches tall with a thin build. He had black hair and a mark on his eyebrow. On Wednesday, he was wearing a fitted hair covering, a black jacket, grey sweatpants, and white shoes with orange tips.

The incident occurred around 6:30 p.m. on Wednesday at the Walmart on Liberia Avenue. A 56-year-old woman told police that she was in the bathroom when she saw someone holding a phone above the stall. She tried to knock the phone out of the person's hand, authorities said.

The victim took out her phone as she left the stall, but the suspect knocked it out of her hand, according to the police report. The suspect left the store as the victim told security officers what happened.
