Alexandria Summer Restaurant Week: Old Town Eateries Participate

Numerous Old Town restaurants have signed on to participate in the upcoming Alexandria Summer Restaurant Week.

ALEXANDRIA, VA — With Fourth of July festivities over, perhaps you need another event to look forward to this summer. Alexandria Summer Restaurant Week can fit the bill from Aug. 16 to 25.

The 10-day event features a $35 three-course dinner for one or $35 dinner for two at over 70 participating restaurants. More than 35 restaurants will also offer lunch menus at $15 or $22 per person as well as dinner specials. Almost 20 restaurants will have $15 or $22 brunch menus.

Among the participating restaurants are the new Urbano 116, Village Brauhaus, Yunnan by Potomac, Catch on the Ave, Hops N Shine, Tequila & Taco, Whiskey & Oyster and newly-opened Oak Steakhouse. The returning favorites include Bastille, Brabo Brasserie, Cheesetique, Del Ray Café, Hank’s Pasta Bar, The Majestic, Sonoma Cellar and Vermilion. A full menu book will be released in late July.
