First-Ever Old Town Cocktail Week Announced In Alexandria

The week will include specialty cocktails at restaurants, cocktail seminars, happy hours and more.

ALEXANDRIA, VA—If you ever needed a reason to enjoy craft cocktails, there will be a week in Alexandria dedicated to these drinks. The first-ever Old Town Cocktail Week has been announced for May 3-11, 2019.

Throughout the week, guests can enjoy specialty cocktails at Old Town Alexandria restaurants and attend over 20 events at boutiques, historic sites and other places. It will kick off with Art on the Rocks on May 3, held by The Art League at the Torpedo Factory Art Center. The week concludes with a Meet the Makers Virginia Spirits Tasting Event at Gadsby’s Tavern Museum.

More than 20 restaurants will offer specialty cocktails. These restaurants include: Bastille, Brabo, Chadwicks, Columbia Firehouse, Fontaine Caffe & Creperie, Hank’s Oyster Bar, Hank’s Pasta Bar, Hummingbird, Jackson 20, Magnolia’s on King, Mason Social, MoHo Kitchen, Px/Eamonns, Society Fair, The People’s Drug, The Warehouse, The Wharf, TJ Stones, Urbano 116, Vermilion, Village Bauhaus and Virtue Feed & Grain.
