A Voting Guide For The Whitnall School Board Primary

Tuesday is the primary election for the Whitnall School Board. Here's how you can vote in Hales Corners, Greenfield and Franklin.

HALES CORNERS, GREENFIELD, FRANKLIN, WI — Residents of Hales Corners and parts of Greenfield and Franklin have already been able to cast their ballots in the upcoming Feb. 15 primary election for the Whitnall School Board.

Five candidates are vying for two seats on the school board. Voting on election day will open at 7 a.m. and close at 8 p.m.

The school board primary election will be for Hales Corners, Greenfield Wards 9-13 and Franklin Alderman District Wards 20-21 in the Whitnall School District. A map of district boundaries can be found on the District's site.

To check what ward you live in and where your polling place will be, check your address on myvote.wi.gov. Your polling place may have recently changed with the 2020 census.

Registering To Vote

Wisconsin residents must have a current and valid form of ID and proof of address to register to vote. Click here to view what counts as proof of address.

Voting On Election Day

If you live in Hales Corners:

  • Your polling place is Village Hall, 5635 South New Berlin Road.

If you live in Franklin:

  • If you live in Wards 20 or 21, your polling place is St. Martin of Tours Church, 7963 South 116th Street.

  • The polling place for Ward 9, is the Greenfield Community Center, located at 7215 West Cold Spring Road.
  • The polling place for Wards 10, 11, 12 and 13 is Whitnall High School, located at 5000 South 116th Street.
