Meyer Family Farms Vegetable Stand

Meyer Farm in Salem, Wisconsin, will host a day of self-care practices and leading-edge healing techniques on September 15 from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. The <a href="https://www.nachicago.com/events/293944/meyer-family-farm-to-host-self-care-energy-healing-day" target="_blank" rel="nofollow">free event</a> is open to all. It features various teachers, therapists, healers and vendors offering handmade soaps, lotions and artwork.
The day will start with a 45-minute all-levels stimulating yoga flow at 9 a.m. led by Angela from Lotus 3 Yoga. A donation of $15 is suggested.
At 11 a.m., Tom Spiros from TPS Wellness will teach self-care techniques using specialized therapy tools. Tom, a licensed massage therapist and self-therapy coach with over 20 years of experience, focuses on empowering individuals to become their own therapists. This session is ideal for those who want to feel their best or suffer from chronic pain, neck and back pain, fibromyalgia, TMJ, carpal tunnel, sciatica and frozen shoulder, along with many other symptoms and injuries. Self-therapy tools and workbooks will be available for purchase.
Gabby Dominguez from Living Life Lighter, a Certified Emotion and Body Code Practitioner, will offer a range of energy, light and sound healings. Her techniques help attendees relax and reconnect with their true nature and inner power, breaking free from burdens, physical discomfort, and self-limiting beliefs. Gabby will be available for half-hour sessions throughout the day, and she will give a presentation to unlock your true potential at 1 p.m.
Owned by Lisa Blood, Meyer Family Farm spans over 100 acres and features an organic farm stand offering fruits, vegetables, pumpkins, fresh corn and eggs. The farm also produces amazing local honey, and all meats are pasture-raised.

Returning to RAM’s Wustum Museum this year on Saturday, September 28, 5:30 – 10:30 pm, this nifty event will continue the SAVOUR tradition of highlighting arts and culture in Racine by pairing local artists and chefs to create unique, delicious, and artistic experiences. This year’s event will also be commemorating a milestone event—celebrating 50 years of RAM Executive Director and Curator of Collections, Bruce W. Pepich. The SAVOUR Event Committee is planning some groovy 70’s surprises for attendees as well, so be prepared for some extra, out-of-sight fun.
There will be no shortage of sensory experiences to savor at this year’s event, including:
