Those who are interested in this event may enter as a player, or a volunteer or sponsor. The organization always welcomes those who do not choose to play to come as a spectator or volunteer, which is just as fun! KJF is proud to announce this year’s ball sponsor is Head/Penn.

Kelly Johnson, the founder of the Kelly Johnson Foundation, expresses her continued vigor for this event when she says, “by collaborating with Greater Milwaukee Tennis League, we are enhancing the scope and outreach of this year's charity tennis tournament. Our goal is to create an unforgettable event that not only showcases incredible athleticism, but also supports both the KJF and GMKETL. We invite the community to join us for a day of sport, fun, and philanthropy!”

The organization has been hosting various tennis and pickleball events for 11 years now, and continues to expand its reach to other sports and geographical locations as it broadens its horizons in pursuit of its mission. The Kelly Johnson Foundation is a non-profit organization that aims to give back to schools and communities while encouraging individual’s goals and passions. The organization was born after Kelly discovered an opportunity to create a space for people to embrace their talents and passions and feel motivated to do so through building a sense of community and support.

The player entry fee is $30 per player, with a maximum of two divisions per player. All proceeds go towards our Johnson Family Scholarship program. This May, KJF awarded three high school scholarships for the Class of 2024. The foundation truly appreciates the support as it continues to chase this endeavor.

The Kelly Johnson Foundation is also delighted to be participating in the Recycleballs program, where we will be recycling all tennis balls after the tournament. KJF is also partnering with Second Serve, another nonprofit that donates gently used tennis gear to youth tennis players in need. There will be a box on-site to collect donations, so feel free to bring some old gear with you.
