Bublr Stations Open In Wauwatosa

Under Governor Evers’ Safer at Home order, bikeshare is an essential transportation service. Bublr Bikes, Milwaukee’s nonprofit bikeshare operator, is committed to remaining open during the COVID-19 pandemic to provide a safe transportation option for essential trips and to provide a means to gain necessary physical activity.

Bublr is following guidance from the CDC and has engaged in additional cleaning procedures on the touch points of the bikes and kiosks. To further minimize potential risks, riders can download the BCycle App to avoid having to tough the kiosk or docks, and Bublr reminds riders to avoid touching their face while riding and to wash their hands as soon as they get to their destination. Bublr also asks that people avoid using Bublr if feeling sick, or for any activities that aren’t allowed under the Safer at Home Order.

As an essential transportation and physical activity option, Bublr reopened all of its Milwaukee stations that were closed for the winter last week.
