Men Point Guns In Road Rage Event + Rental Car Stolen: Tosa Police

Police responded to calls for two stolen cars, stolen catalytic converters and a woman bit by a dog from April 22 to Thursday.

WAUWATOSA, WI — Wauwatosa police responded to several calls, including men pointing guns at a driver, a woman being bit by a dog and two stolen cars between April 22 and Thursday, police logs showed.

Here's what happened in the Wauwatosa Police Department logs.

  • A Wauwatosa woman said that two men pointed guns at her and someone else during a road rage event near the 2200 block of Wauwatosa Avenue on Thursday, police logs showed. Police identified one of the men through a license plate, but no one was charged.
  • Police responded after a woman said she was bit by a dog on the 11000 block of W. Park Hill Drive on April 23, police logs showed. It's not clear what happened to the dog.
  • A rental agency reported a car stolen after it wasn't returned to the agency at the 1700 block of N. Mayfair Road on April 22, police logs showed.
  • Someone reported their Honda Ridgeline was stolen from a house on the 4300 block of N. 99th Street on April 24, police logs showed.
  • A Wauwatosa woman told police that someone stole the catalytic converter from her car on the 500 block of N. 114th Street on Tuesday, police logs showed. The theft happened in the early morning hours, between 12 a.m. and 7:45 a.m.
  • In a separate incident, Wauwatosa police responded to someone attempting to take the catalytic converter from someone on the 1200 block of N. 62nd Street on Wednesday, police logs showed. Thieves tried to take the converter overnight.
