MILWAUKEE COUNTY, WI— The warmer weather was nice while it lasted. Wisconsinites will be dealing with a second winter. The National Weather Service is forecasting a messy commute on Monday for drivers in Southern Wisconsin.

  • Low around 28. East wind 5 to 15 mph, with gusts as high as 25 mph.
  • New ice accumulation of less than a 0.1 of an inch possible.
