I think it's آَخِرُ الزَّمان we read it : Aakhiru zamaan

but if you mean the Hadith قال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم: (يَكونُ في هذه الأُمَّةِ في آخِرِ الزَّمانِ رِجالٌ -أو قال: يَخرُجُ رِجالٌ مِن هذه الأُمَّةِ في آخِرِ الزَّمانِ- معهم أسْياطٌ كأنَّها أذنابُ البَقرِ، يَغدونَ في سَخَطِ اللهِ، ويَروحونَ في غَضَبِه) here you pronounce it: Aakhiri zzamaan
